Job Title: Department Lead
Department Overview:
The department lead is responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create an inspiring environment that fosters collaboration, trust and open communication among colleagues and customers.
2. In charge of leading the team when store managers or deputy managers are absent; ensure seamless operations in their absence.
3. Mentor staff members on procedures, policies and practices while also recognizing individual strengths to utilize each person's talents effectively.
• BECOME THE GO-TO PERSON FOR INQUIRIES AND SOLUTIONS WITHIN THEIR DEPARTMENT. By offering innovative solutions to challenges faced by both management as well as peer groups. Contributing towards creating knowledge base through documenting valuable lessons learned during such situations.

warehouse inventory levels consistently at optimum state maintaining optimal workflow efficiency hence minimizing any unnecessary extra steps required downstream processes which save time money resources overall impacting directly onto profit margins!
