Digital and Data Innovation and Delivery Manager
The purpose of the role is to achieve aligned with our data and digital strategy.
You will be the Voice of Digital and be the champion of innovation in analytics. You will drive the delivery of the Data & Digital vision and the evolution of reporting.
In this role you will focus on formulating our digital strategy with a focus
on innovation, AI and/or new products
. The goal is to increase use of data, market data, grow data culture – Show how good DATA is to help in formulating decisions.
This role is key to the transformation from traditional operational reporting & manual processes to an enhanced strategic, insight-led approach. By engaging across all departments you will drive delivery of application features, reporting and dashboards.
We want to move from a task driven / day to day requests to demonstrate to the business data can assist business decisions using real time Business Intelligence, Analytics and KPI's.
In this role you will start by reviewing the "as is" – get stuck into how things work, day-to-day operational requests, business requirements, work with the business and then you will start to influence what the future looks like
and put your stamp on the digital strategy agenda
The Data & Digital Solutions Delivery is a senior, strategic role responsible for maximising the value of data, analytics and digitalisation across the company. You will drive delivery of the data & digital vision, data-driven insights, and democratisation of data products, collaborating with business and technical teams to drive adoption, innovation, and measurable impact.
Experience
1. Strong Digital and Data innovation background driving business transformation with a track record of delivering strategic data products & BI solutions.
2. Over 7+ years in experience in data analytics, BI and/or new solutions/apps/product implementation / migration
3. SQL, Power Query, DAX, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
