We are seeking a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to join our team at a vibrant salon in Charleville Shopping Centre. Co. Cork. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Offer expert advice on hair care and suitable products
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
- Manage front desk duties when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
- Strong skills in upselling salon services and products
- Prior experience in store management is advantageous
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing .
