Connexus Recruit have partnered with a leading National Irish charity in Cork as they look to hire a Digital Marketing Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital strategy and execution for one of Ireland’s most impactful charities, driving awareness, donations, and supporter engagement through innovative campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of digital marketing strategy across fundraising, awareness, and supporter engagement.
* Plan and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Create and optimise email marketing campaigns with tailored segmentation and personalisation.
* Oversee the online shop, driving income and supporter engagement.
* Manage website content, improvements, and analytics to enhance user experience and conversions.
* Develop practical SEO strategies to improve visibility for campaigns and services.
* Provide reporting on KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations.
* Lead and support a small digital team, fostering growth and development.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record in digital marketing, ideally with direct response or not-for-profit experience.
* Strong knowledge of digital strategy, campaign planning, and multi-channel delivery.
* Experience with website management, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
* Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and email marketing.
* Confident using analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to drive insights and decisions.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
* Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience working with agencies or freelance partners.
* Interest in emerging tools such as AI in digital marketing.
