Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of the project from construction through to handover
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Monitor programme and drive performance on site
