Our key differentiator in our industry is our ability to maintain a close relationship with our clients and build on this to provide bespoke services that deliver to their needs and specifications. We are continuing to expand our operations and are currently looking for graduates to join our development programme.
Successful Applicants Will Commence An Introductory Programme Initially Designed To Induct Graduates Into The Various Business Elements Within TMC With The Objective Of Resourcing From Within To Fulfil Future Available Management Positions Across Our Various Departments

This programme is designed to offer graduates an insight into the daily operations of a meat production facility and to develop their skills and experiences across a range of disciplines. With no pre-conceived ideas and no limit on your career path, your skills and experiences can be uniquely tailored to the multitude of career directions within TMC.

The Programme Will Run For 2 Years, With Year 1 Used To Gain Experience Across Various Departments. Year 2 Will See The Candidates Focus On One Specific Area Which They Have Shown The Best Aptitudes For / Interest In. During This 2-year Period All Successful Candidates Will Receive
