o Maximising sales in the store by selling a range of excellent products to meet customer needs.

o Delivering exceptional customer service experiences to every customer.
* Maintenance:
o Taking pride in maintaining a clean, well-organised and well-merchandised store environment.
o Processing deliveries and replenishing stock quickly.
* LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:
o Supporting the store manager in operational requirements and motivating the team to maintain high standards.
o Deputising for the store manager in their absence.
