About the Role
* Lead Cross-Functional Team: Recruit, induct, and develop a high-performing team by providing training, feedback, and support.
* Health and Safety: Foster a culture of safety by implementing and adhering to site policies and procedures.
* Standard Development & Confirmation: Document, train, and enforce production standards to ensure consistency and quality.
* Facilitate & Execute Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements through practical problem-solving and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities
1. Manage labor availability, collaborate with other teams to optimize labor, and cover essential roles during unplanned absences.
2. Maintain product quality and adherence to GMP by managing the team and process to deliver agreed product specifications.
3. Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through the Kerry Asset Management System (KAMS).
4. Analyze and report conversion performance metrics to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate shift maintenance activities with the engineering team to deliver planned, reactive, and autonomous maintenance.

Key Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in managing a team within a process environment.
* Solid understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
* Ability to identify areas for improvement, plan solutions, and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
