Job Description:
As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction and leadership within our organization.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic vision and leadership to ensure the firm meets financial targets and grows its client base.
* Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, clients, regulatory bodies, and professional intermediaries.
* Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures in fund accounting and transfer agency teams.
* Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop plans to achieve those goals.
* Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, providing guidance to the team as necessary.
* Provide regular reports and updates to the Board of Directors.
* Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies, strategies, and business plans.
* Recruit and train key staff, and develop the senior management team.
* Perform tasks delegated by the Board from time to time.
* Deliver agreed standards for client service and monitor performance.
* Take responsibility for data security arrangements and the Business Continuity Plan.
* Address contentious matters, such as complaints and legal disputes, alongside the Head of Compliance & AML.
* Review monthly management accounts.
