Strategic Portfolio Manager Role
This role involves providing strategic guidance and support for the optimal utilisation of a diverse property portfolio comprising buildings and land assets. The successful candidate will be a degree-qualified Surveyor or hold a similar technical qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic planning and implementation of property acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews, and valuations.
* Experience in property planning and valuations is essential.
* Knowledge of building regulations and guidelines.
* Understanding of planning and zoning regulations.
Requirements
* A degree qualification (level 8) in surveying or a similar professional qualification.
* A full, clean EU driving license.
* Proficiency in the English language (spoken, written, and technical).
Desirable Skills
* Chartered status from SCSI / RICS.
* Experience in healthcare facilities or institutional properties.
* Project management experience.
