Description
The Snow Crew Member will be responsible for providing professional snow removal services for our clients.
This position is responsible for performing ongoing snow removal tasks during all hours of the day & night in all outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Snow removal and chemical application for designated areas.
Operating heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions for clients
Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions
Perform highly physical and demanding work on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, and snowy weather
Knowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders
Proper application method of chemical application
Part time/On call for weather events 24/7
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report ("MVR")
Ability to work as a team and apply critical feedback
Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, live, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shift
Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions: hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet weather conditions and have proper attire
Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
