Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive
Customer Success Manager
to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our products or services. You will own key customer relationships, drive adoption and retention, and work cross-functionally to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of customers and build strong, long-term relationships
* Lead onboarding and support product adoption and value realisation
* Monitor customer health metrics and identify risks and growth opportunities
* Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and escalations
* Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues
* Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate
* Gather customer feedback and advocate internally for improvements
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role
* Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
* Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management ability
* Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
* Ability to analyse customer data and translate insights into actions
* Professional working proficiency in
English
Nice to Have
* Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven environments
* Familiarity with customer success platforms and KPIs
* Experience managing renewals and expansion revenue
* Multilingual skills
