Our client, a top tier law firm based in Dublin 2, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE. This role will work with large multinational clients and offer access to quality work as well as an attractive bonus structure.
Salary: up to €115kBenefits: Bonus, Pension, Hybrid workTotal Package: up to €160k
What you’ll do
You will respond to clients’ requirements and deliver results
You will provide accurate, prompt, realistic and relevant advice whilst managing client’s expectations
Support and work alongside the partners and your colleagues in the team
Advise across the full range of transactions and sectors, including green energy and infrastructure
Act on significant, complex, high value deals, working collaboratively with top tier specialists from across the firm
Ensure deadlines and timescales are met
You will continue to build excellent knowledge within your area of law
Maintain confidentiality in line with the firm’s policies and procedures
Who we are looking for
Candidates will ideally have experience in the following areas:
Commercial property and related contracts experience
Acquisitions, disposals and financing of commercial property
All types of commercial property due diligence
Landlord and tenant transactions including leases, assignments, sub‑letting, surrenders, lease variations, licences and options
Development work acting for residential and commercial developers
