Values: RespectIntegrity and InnovationStewardshipExcellenceWe are looking for a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist within our Human Resources Department to hire individuals who create meaningful and lasting relationships with our Residents
Essential DutiesTalent Sourcing and Pipeline Building:Utilize various channels and platforms to source, attract, and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, industry-specific networks, and talent databases.Develop and maintain resources to build an applicant pool and advertise job openings.Candidate Screening and Assessment:Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability.Assist hiring managers with application review, conducting phone screens, and interviews.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Provide clear communication and guidance to candidates.Strategic Collaboration and Coordination:Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate decision-making.Data Management and Reporting:Maintain candidate records in the ATS.Generate and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes.Qualifications2 years of experience in conducting interviews and/or customer service or equivalent.Bachelor's or Associate degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Note: This role is within a Retirement Community setting.
