Senior Chemical Engineer

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Chemical Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company based in Limerick. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in optimising process performance, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to the technical development of production operations.

The Role:
* Provide technical assistance for production and maintenance teams
* Monitor and improve process performance, including heat transfer, material balances, and process design
* Support performance and quality control activities
* Drive continuous process improvement and performance monitoring
* Assist with project management, overhauls, and commissioning
* Direct contractors on specific projects and maintenance work
* Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of process documentation
The Person:
* Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
* Minimum of 3-4 years' relevant industry experience
* Project management experience and a proactive approach to process improvement
