Financial Leadership Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, management and oversight of financial reporting and tax compliance processes. This includes designing and implementing a finance operating model, ensuring robust reporting and control processes are in place, and managing a team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage, lead, coach, mentor and train a team of finance personnel.
* Implement and manage taxation, legal and statutory compliance in line with company values and operational goals.
* Manage a team of finance, accounts receivable and payable professionals across multiple locations.
* Lead and manage financial operations, ensuring all finance standards are maintained in line with legislative requirements and regulations.
* Create and manage monthly/weekly reports, providing meaningful management information and analysis to support business operations.
* Coordinate and oversee the monthly management accounts reporting process, including analysis of related items of the balance sheet and income statement, budgets and cashflow.
Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, FCA or CPA qualification.
* Minimum 5+ years working experience in taxation, legal and statutory compliance.
* Minimum 5+ years working experience in management accounts, budgets and cashflow.
* Minimum 2+ years experience in managing, training, coaching and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits:
* Salary: circa €80k - €100k depending on experience.
* Hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days on site and 1 day at home.
