Contract Type & Location
Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Flexible hybrid working: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Dublin office
Salary & Benefits
€45,000–€55,000 per annum (DOE)
4% employer-matched pension, 25 days annual leave, hybrid/remote flexibility, and a performance-based bonus scheme

* Collaborate across international teams and client projects spanning Ireland, the UK, and North America.
* Engage with a network of skilled freelancers, ensuring the best support for high-impact campaigns.
* Champion resource management platforms for accuracy, visibility, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in resource planning, traffic, or operations management, ideally within a digital, marketing, or creative agency.
* Superb organisational and analytical skills, with deep attention to detail.
* Clear communicator, able to build trusted relationships across teams, regions, and roles.
* Skilled with project management and scheduling tools.
* Collaborative, calm, and flexible in a dynamic delivery environment.
