Job Title: Avionics Maintenance Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Avionics Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the establishment and leadership of a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facility for CFM56 and LEAP engines.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify process flows to maximize efficiency and drive industry-leading turnaround times
- Assist in identifying tooling and equipment required to support facility operations, including Engine Test Cell
- Develop operational procedures and control standards ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
- Identify training and recruitment needs of staff and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing requirements are met
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul with specific experience on CFM56 and LEAP engines
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
