Excel Recruitment are searching for a Healthcare Catering Manager for a healthcare facility in south Dublin.
We are looking to speak with hospitality professionals with a background in hospital, nursing home or other healthcare facility. This role is ideally suited to a Chef/Manager with healthcare experience looking to gain additional experience.
This role is for an initial 2 year contract and will include several change management projects throughout the time.
Requirements of Healthcare Catering Manager:
1. Previous experience managing a team, leading, coaching, developing
2. Sound understanding of catering kitchen and meal preparation
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong financial understanding, including kitchen and front of house
5. Working knowledge of Food Safety Systems and Health & Safety regulations
