Post-Doctoral Researcher Role
We are seeking an experienced researcher to lead microbiome research activities across three large human cohorts in Europe.
* Oversee collection, processing, and analysis of microbiome samples.
* Ensure harmonized protocols and high-quality data generation.
* Develop advanced data analysis pipelines, including statistical modeling and multi-omic integration.
Main responsibilities include coordinating sample management, developing analysis pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and providing methodological advice to partners.
The position involves regular communication of progress through reports and presentations, along with travel to partner institutions.
