Embraced by nature and overlooking ancient history, this hotel is a sanctuary of luxury. The Director of Culinary approaches food as a celebration of life, of the land, and of the locality. From light bites to elegant afternoon tea, casual bistro to formal evening dining, much of the food on the menu will come from local Tipperary suppliers to create exciting culinary experiences.
