Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor at Reynolds Commercials located in County Westmeath, Ireland.
The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating communication between customers and the service team.
Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, providing cost and time estimates, and ensuring that all services are performed to the highest standards.

Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair skills
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with computer systems and diagnostics tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
