Meath This is an initial 11-month contract role, hybrid working options.Job ResponsibilitiesProactively managing a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, ensuring priorities are met and conflicts are resolved efficientlyProviding administrative support to the wider team, including ordering stationery and office suppliesScheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting logisticsOrganising offsite meetings and events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, catering, and materialsManaging purchasing and general administrative requirementsRaising and managing Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company processesActing as a key point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholdersHandling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretionSupporting ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the executive and business needsEducation & ExperienceEducated to degree level (or equivalent experience)8–10 years' experience working in an Executive Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role at senior/executive levelProven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyInterested candidates should submit an updated CV.Please click the link below to apply, alternatively send an up-to-date CV ***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland****
