My client is reputable building contractor who work on a variety of projects with Education projects being their speciality. Due to a new project starting in early 2026, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver the education project in Longford. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the construction of education project, ensuring that it is delivered on time and within budget. Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversee site operations, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders. Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays. Ensure proper use of materials and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in Ireland or The UK Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
