Join Alter Domus as a Platform Delivery Senior Manager - Yardi. As part of the continued expansion of our real estate business, an opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Platform Delivery Senior Manager – EMEA.
The successful candidate will join an existing team of experienced professionals to help drive the continued evolution of our real estate technology solutions. The Real Estate Platform Delivery Senior Manager – EMEA is a senior management position and a key role in the ongoing support and development of our Real Estate platform at Alter Domus.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Work under the direction of the Regional Platform Leader as part of the EMEA platform management team
* Mentor and demonstrate leadership to Business Analysts and Support Officers
* Provide subject matter expertise (industry specific, technical, and financial)
* Participate in industry and learning opportunities as well as represent Alter Domus to outside parties
* Organize and lead team meetings, including group training
* Help determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new employees
* Advise on performance review ratings
* Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, support KPIs, implementation status, and risks
* Analyse information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
* Lead on multiple projects, navigate through unexpected challenges and bring about viable solutions that provide the best results.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of both real estate and Yardi Voyager, in particular the Investment Accounting module but Debt Manager and payments functionality are also desirable. They will have practical experience of directly supporting investment accounting on Yardi and delivering solutions for new operations use cases through the platform.
* Experience of managing multiple simultaneous projects
* Experience of supervising and reviewing the work of more junior colleagues
* Proficiency in motivating and directing business stakeholders to implement and execute project deliverables according to objectives
* Diplomatic yet results-driven communication style
* Ability to provide proactive, well-organized, and clear reports to management to track project progress
* Proficiency in, and understanding of, accounting concepts
* Ability to clearly communicate analysis and information to teams and business units (through English as the common language).
