Sous Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at the 4* Court Yard Hotel in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or busy food business and be HACCP trained.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food preparation and organisation, menu development, ordering, stocktakes, and HACCP management.
Requirements:
• Must have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or busy food business • Be HACCP trained • Have strong people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure • Be available for early starts and late finishes
