About You
* CTA qualified or AITI/Tax Technician with minimum 5 years' VAT experience
* Strong knowledge of Irish VAT and tax legislation
* Proven leadership and management of teams
* Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to drive improvements and implement changes
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management

* Leading and mentoring the VAT team to deliver high-quality results
* Overseeing VAT compliance, reporting, and payments for the firm and its clients
* Managing a personal portfolio of VAT clients
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and liaising with tax authorities and auditors

* Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Tax Director
