Legal Secretary required to join a well-established Solicitors firm in Ballymena. This is a full-time, permanent position offering £13.50 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM. Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors
Typing legal correspondence and documents
Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
Handling incoming calls, emails, and client queries
Scheduling appointments and diary management

Previous legal secretary or office experience Full training will be provided Strong IT and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Positive attitude and willingness to learn
