Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Technical Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall IT Digital transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with development teams to implement and deploy new features and enhancements ensuring they meet reliability and performance standards.
You will automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor systems, proactively identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks, availability issues or monitoring gaps.
Your role will also involve owning the Problem Management process within the Cloud Centre of Excellence. This includes performing proactive problem management and conducting post-incident analyses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
