Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the individual needs of residents.
Foster a compassionate and respectful environment that supports residents physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Offer clinical guidance, supervision, and leadership to care staff.
Promote independence while ensuring dignity and respect in all care practices.
Assist with inspections and audits to uphold and improve care standards.
Take on the role of Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
