Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our clients through strategic ecommerce initiatives.
This role involves managing long-term projects and tactical activities with clients, maintaining daily contact to ensure high-quality service and ensuring that all aspects of client relationships are optimized for customer satisfaction and accelerated time to value.
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels, including executive and management teams.
2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for client accounts.
3. Tactical Execution: Oversee the tactical execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
4. Requirements Gathering: Gather accurate and complete requirements from clients as the first point of contact.
5. Status Updates: Conduct regular meetings to review activity status and provide updates to clients.
6. Clear Communication: Communicate all agreed work to the team via clear tickets and collaborate closely with internal teams on project execution.
7. Issue Resolution: Act as the initial contact for diagnosing and troubleshooting client issues and follow up with team members to ensure support requests are addressed and closed.
8. Documentation: Document knowledge of the client's business and maintain records of discussions.
9. Financial Targets: Contribute actively to achieving financial targets and manage ongoing invoicing and budgets for your clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Ecommerce Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an ecommerce environment, preferably with experience working with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopware.
* Client Management: Minimum of 2 years handling key client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
* Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to articulate projects clearly and efficiently.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, positive attitude, ambitious, collaborative, and proactive.
* Nice to Have: Knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager, familiarity with ecommerce tools such as Klaviyo, Nosto, TrustPilot, basic understanding of technologies like HTML, CSS, JS.
