Project Leader Role
As a leader in electronic product delivery, you will oversee cross-functional teams to bring complex projects from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
* Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and budget control
* Drive compliance with formal review frameworks
* Manage communication across internal teams and stakeholders
* Oversight of scope, schedule, and cost changes using change control processes
* Ensure adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards
* Contribute to process improvements in project delivery
