A leading Irish real estate development and investment group is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing investment team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on live deals, financial modelling, and strategic portfolio decision -making across residential, rental, affordable and mixed -use projects.
The Role:You will work closely with senior team members on:Financial modelling, scenario analysis and project appraisals.Preparing investment materials, acquisition memos and business cases.Market research across private, affordable, commercial and rental sectors.Assessing early -stage development feasibility and deal structuring.Supporting ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.
Your Experience:2–3 years' experience in a finance, investment, lending or consulting role.Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.Interest in real estate development and the wider built environment.Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting.Clear communicator who can present work with confidence.
