About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our Food and Beverage operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking accountability for all F&B operations, including the restaurant, café and events.
3. Cash Management: performing end-of-day cash counts and accurate lodgement reporting, safe counts and cash drops.
4. Dealng with customer feedback to ensure effective outcomes.
Be accountable for team members within the F&B department.
Developing training new employees on standards & procedures to become proficient i n tills, coffee service merchandising kitchen ops & HACCP/Food safety etc – Ensure visual merchandising displays kept up 2 high standars.
