Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of Neuro Interventional Radiology and Cerebrovascular services within the Brain Institute Ensure full compliance with clinical governance, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Analyse service performance metrics such as throughput, wait times, and modality utilisation.
Develop and implement strategies to support service expansion, efficiency, and optimisation.
Prepare business cases for equipment upgrades, staffing models, and service redesign.
Monitor budget performance and contribute to financial planning.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development in collaboration with the Head of Radiology Operations.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct staff performance reviews and support overall staff wellbeing.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital.
Work with the Quality team, DPO, and Legal to ensure compliant software and data use.
