We are seeking an experienced Agency Team Lead for the UK & Ireland (UKI) market to manage and develop a team of Senior Agency Partner Managers (APMs) who support our highest-value SMB agencies. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for growing agency portfolios, unlocking revenue opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and using insights and data to deliver consultative, scalable solutions for our customers.
The ideal candidate has proven success leading agency-focused, analytically driven digital sales teams in a fast-moving environment. You are confident managing change, building new processes, improving existing workflows, and leading go-to-market strategies. You will be a collaborative leader who enjoys developing talent, works effectively across functions, and takes ownership in accelerating customer success. With a strong understanding of the digital agency ecosystem in the UKI region, you will translate market knowledge into impactful programs, tools, and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Aim for the Highest: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Agency Partner Managers. Provide clear guidance, support professional development, and build a high-performance culture that drives measurable business impact.
* Revenue Strategy: Own agency revenue targets and build scalable plans to achieve them through expansion of existing agency partners and onboarding of new growth accounts.
* Be Candid and Clear: Set clear expectations and operational standards. Hold the team accountable while enabling them to exceed goals with the right support, frameworks, and tools.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Training, and broader SMB leadership to scale best practices, enhance advertiser performance, and address operational gaps.
* Champion Inclusion: Build an environment that values diverse perspectives and empowers all team members to contribute fully.
* Always Day 1: Lead by example - jump into the details when needed, support client strategy, and review campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and inform product and commercial improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years directly managing agency-focused digital advertising sales teams, with proven experience developing and coaching high-performing talent.
* Demonstrated expertise operating in the UK & Ireland digital agency landscape, including an understanding of SMB agency business models, commercial KPIs, and performance levers.
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into strategic recommendations and optimising advertiser performance.
* Proven experience designing, improving, and scaling processes, while identifying and eliminating operational inefficiencies.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and other partner teams to improve outcomes and accelerate advertiser success.
* Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working at major digital advertising platforms with exposure to high-growth SMB agency ecosystems.
* Deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry, particularly within SMB segments such as professional services, entertainment, education, retail, and travel.
* Experience developing go-to-market strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
* Strong entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, with comfort managing change and driving continuous improvement.
