Your new role
As a Grade 3 Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
* Assisting with fundraising and community engagement activities
* Handling confidential information with discretion
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in administration or office support
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a charity or not-for-profit environment is desirable but not essential.
* Full Clean Drivers licence
