Senior Behaviour Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Behaviour Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Functional Assessments and developing Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) to support individuals with their behaviour, teach new skills and improve overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Livewell the mission, vision and values of the organization
* Manage a caseload of individuals requiring support
* Travel to different locations as required
* Complete Functional Assessments as required
* Develop MEBSPs in collaboration with relevant others
* Oversight the implementation and monitoring of each MEBSP
* Provide training to front-line staff

Skills and Qualifications:
* Psychology Degree or equivalent
* MSc ABA or equivalent
* BCBA preferred but not essential
* Three years minimum experience within a similar role or health/social care setting
