About Nory: An all‑knowing restaurant management system that blends real‑time data with AI predictive analytics. We help operators— from food prep to forecasting— run with consistency, confidence, and profit. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’re growing across Ireland, the UK and Spain.

Role

Build the data backbone of Nory—turning raw operational data into actionable intelligence that helps hospitality operators make smarter, faster decisions.

Tech Stack

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities

* Design and build scalable systems that power real‑time insights across scheduling, inventory, and customer feedback—helping operators identify opportunities, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
* Develop intelligent tooling and embedded analytics that surface contextual insights within the platform, supporting users with timely, data‑driven recommendations and decisions.
* Ship enhancements to our forecasting engine, increasing accuracy and transparency while improving UX to build operator trust in our AI predictions.
* Contribute to the evolution of our Insights platform, introducing new modules and capabilities to support dynamic pricing, cost management, and business performance tracking.
* Help build a self‑serve analytics layer, empowering users to interact with their data, explore trends, and understand business performance without relying on external tools or support.
* Collaborate on our customer feedback module, enabling sentiment analysis and automation features that help brands maintain a strong online presence and improve customer experience.

What you’ll bring

* Full‑Stack Technical Mastery: 8+ years of experience architecting and shipping production‑grade systems across the stack. You demonstrate exceptional strength in the frontend and operate fluently across both.
* Strategic Systems Thinking & Design: You lead architectural decisions with a long‑term lens, balancing scalability, maintainability, and pragmatism.
* Product & Customer Mindset: You consistently frame technical decisions in terms of customer outcomes.
* Extreme Ownership & Proactive Leadership: You drive progress without waiting for permission, mentor peers, and unblock others.
