Applicants must be fully registered with CORU at the time of appointment.
The Role As a Residential Social Care Worker, you will: Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities Support individuals with daily living skills and personal development Promote independence, choice, dignity, and community inclusion Work collaboratively as part of a professional residential team Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and organisational values Requirements CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential)QQI Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or a related qualification and/or significant relevant experience leading to CORU registration Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)Experience working in disability or residential services.
Knowledge of HIQA Standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
