Stock Controller – Location: CHANEL Brown Thomas Dublin.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time.
Responsibilities
Accurately receive deliveries, ensuring goods received match documentation and maintain the computerized inventory system.
Arrange for returns and transfers of stock as requested, liaising with colleagues and recipients.
Develop and maintain expert product knowledge, sharing it as appropriate.
Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and management within the boutique and with CHANEL Head Office.
Work efficiently within the team, sharing ideas, contributing to positive morale, ensuring good time management and boutique cover at all times.
Maintain a helpful and courteous manner toward all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as business demands.
Ensure absolute confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
Complete necessary administration promptly and accurately, adhering to set procedures and policies.
Assist with regular stock level checks and review alterations and holds as appropriate.
Assist with the preparation of and attendance at regular events including special promotions, stock taking etc.
Ensure all goods are security-tagged, ticketed, handled and stored with due care.
Assist with the maintenance of displays and the prompt replacement of sold products.
Participate in and complete any training provided, applying high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Work in a highly collaborative and diverse environment, solving problems creatively as part of a team and individually.
Create the operational and logistical foundations for a successful boutique and foster a meaningful client experience centring on the beauty of the brand.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
Experience managing the movement of stock and supplies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience helping team members be their best selves.
Experience working proactively and reactively as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
Working knowledge of RFID.
