As we expand beyond core services, Signify is developing new in-home and virtual health services to better identify chronic conditions, close care gaps, and increase access to preventive care. We are growing our team and seeking a Senior Manager to help shape and deliver these new offerings.
About The Role
This unique role focuses on building communication tools for clinicians and enhancing internal visibility around new product launches. You will bring innovative communication products to market and optimize software delivery processes, ensuring quality, visibility, and adherence to our design system across teams.

Responsibilities:
I. Clinician Communications Product Management (50%)
* Discovery & Strategy: Conduct user research with clinicians to identify pain points and opportunities related to communication tools like in-app messaging, notifications, alerts, and asynchronous communication. Collaborate with module teams to understand their needs and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with MySignify's overall strategy and AI-First principles.
* Feature Development & Execution: Translate user needs into detailed specifications, work with UX and engineering teams to design and launch features, and champion AI-driven personalization and automation in communications. Manage the product backlog and oversee the full lifecycle from conception to iteration.
* Performance & Iteration: Define KPIs for communication tools, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the products.
II. Launch Coordination & Visibility (50%)
* Release Management & Coordination: Establish processes for tracking and communicating upcoming launches, coordinate with teams to ensure smooth releases, and mitigate risks.
* Quality & Design System Adherence: Collaborate to enforce design system use, ensure consistent user experience, and provide early visibility into new features for feedback.
* Communication & Reporting: Maintain a launch calendar, update stakeholders regularly, and facilitate demo sessions for team showcases.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years as a Product Manager, preferably with healthcare or mobile app experience.
* Proven ability to define strategies, roadmaps, and successfully launch features.
* Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven decision-making skills.
* User-centric product development approach.
