Job Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Support Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing key accounts in the mechanical services sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage service calls, prioritize and coordinate engineers, track reports and ensure accurate invoicing.
* Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance visits, ensuring completion and follow up with quotes, reports and invoices.
* Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, supplier invoices and monitor supplier performance.
* Prepare documentation, issue reports and provide support to departmental management and staff.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Building Services or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry.
* Strong communication skills and industry knowledge with technical and customer-facing ability.
