Inform3 are recruiting for a small-medium contractor who come with a strong order book in the west Waterford region.
The position will give the candidate the responsibility of looking after the projects in the region.
Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Waterford (west)

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 (D.O.E.) & vehicle
The Role
Overseeing the construction of a school building from groundworks phase through RC Frame/structural steel works working alongside a full-time engineer.
Implementation of all health and safety policies.
Overseeing fitout in the later stages of the Project.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager.
Co-ordination and managing of subcontractors while overseeing QC and safety measures on site.
Attend regular site meetings with project team.
Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material.
Maintain a weekly work diary of progress.
Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order.
Oversee site development to ensure it complies with all current standards.
Safely compete project to budget within agreed timelines.
Job Requirements
Construction related Degree or similar level qualification and min. 2 yrs management experience.
Strong understanding of the construction Industry in respect to Education projects an advantage.
RC Frame experience preferred.
Awareness of latest building regulation and certification standards.
The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
Excellent IT and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
Have a keen eye for detail and finishes.
