Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional haircuts, fades, beard trims, and other grooming services
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station
* Listen to and understand clients' style preferences, offering advice when needed
* Manage appointment times efficiently to keep the shop running smoothly
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Upsell grooming products and services to enhance the customer experience
* Collaborate with team members to keep the shop lively, welcoming, and professional
Requirements
* Minimum 2yrs experience in a barbershop
* Strong skills in a variety of men's haircut styles and grooming techniques
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
* Professional appearance and punctuality
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
* Weekend availability
