Job Title: Electrical Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Electrician to join our team as a Lead Role.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial environment is required, with a proven track record of supervising and coordinating personnel and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) in Electrical or a relevant field.
2. An extensive understanding of construction documentation and the ability to interpret site drawings.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
* Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel and subcontractors.
* Plan and oversee work timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Take responsibility for health and safety on site, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
* Coordinate labour, plant, machinery, and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Supervise site activity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Identify required materials and equipment, facilitating timely procurement and delivery.
* Ensure accurate work completion following plans and specifications, conducting quality control inspections as necessary.
* Oversee coordination of subcontractor activities, maintaining effective communication channels.
