The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in manufacturing engineering, including IQ, OQ, PQ, VP, and GMP. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with 14 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Proven project management capabilities, excellent documentation and communication skills, and a strong collaborative mindset are essential.

* Drove process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborated with subject matter experts to develop SOPs and work instructions aligned to GMP standards.
* Led cross-functional projects to improve quality, service, and cost through structured engineering initiatives.
* Provided engineering mentorship to technicians, operators, and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Developed and implemented Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to drive organizational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* At least 14 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of process validation, problem-solving, and project management principles.
