Your Role:
Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Promoting independence and emotional well-being
Assisting with accurate record-keeping and care documentation
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment
What We’re Looking For:
6 months UK based experience in healthcare settings such as residential homes, supported living and care homes
A kind, compassionate, and reliable nature
Willingness to complete Enhanced Access NI
Willingness to complete E-Learning and Practical Training
Good communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
