Job Title: Bar Manager
A skilled professional is sought to lead the bar operations, ensuring a high level of service and quality in all aspects.
* Oversee daily bar activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Develop and implement standards for service, protocols, and engagement strategies.
* Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere to meet luxury brand expectations.
Beverage Program & Product Quality
Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to create a premium beverage offering, including cocktails, wine, and spirits.
* Partner with mixologists, sommeliers, and suppliers to craft signature and seasonal menus.
* Lead tastings, training sessions, and quality control initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and motivate a talented bar team.
* Deliver ongoing training in mixology, guest service, and beverage knowledge.
* Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in delivery.
Financial Management
Manage bar budgets, targets, and profitability.
* Control labor costs, stock levels, and purchasing.
* Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and operational policies.
* Maintain updated SOPs for all service and safety procedures.
* Conduct audits and risk assessments in coordination with hotel leadership.
