We are a family-owned construction company looking for a skilled Site Manager to lead our residential project in Limerick City.
This is an opportunity to join us during an exciting period of growth and take full responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the construction site.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Site Manager or Foreperson, preferably with a background in residential build. They should also possess relevant qualifications such as Construction Management, Engineering, QS/PM or strong trade route.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
* Oversight over coordination of subcontractors, tradespeople, site staff & materials
* Plan and schedule work phases
* Maintenance assurance that site meets agreed specifications quality standards finishes
